More add-ons are promised

The program, created for ages six or higher, encourages Minecraft Maps  players to understand more about a 2-D "Minecraft" world and connect blocks together to generate computer code. According to the blog post, Nintendo and publisher Mojang will work together on new content for that Nintendo version on the game. for "Minecraft: Wii U Edition" alongside the 16 additional add-on packs designed for separate purchase inside Nintendo eShop at launch:
